To everyone outside of recruitment the conversation must seem ridiculous, if we all agree that a good candidate experience is important then why not just do it? Recruiters everywhere know that this is much easier said than done, particularly in large complex organisations.

RMS are an organisation that have won international acclaim for their focus on a quality candidate experience and in the interview she shares some of the steps they have taken to execute on their vision in this area. We also talk about some of the great work they have being doing using video as a way of communicating their brand and how they leverage referral recruiting to identify hard to find talent.
